Fee Schedule
Rental Fees for Day Use: 30 or fewer guests for week day-use, Monday through Friday, (7am-6pm up to 8 hours). Day Use rentals are usually business meetings, retreats, classes or workshops or small family gatherings or mid-day meals.
Classrooms
$50.00 per hour per classroom, $350 per classroom for full-day use
Meeting Rooms
$30.00 per hour per meeting room, $200.00 per Meeting room for full-day use
Full Facility
$150 per hour, $750 for full facility use
Full Facility and Grounds
$200 per hour, $1000 for full-day use
Rental Fees for Special Events: 30 or more guests and/or for evening or weekends. Rental runs 9am-11pm, seven days per week. Rentals include full or partial facility rental and outdoor grounds. Those interested in a very rustic forest and river setting are welcome to include a special event, ceremony or walking visit at the O’Dell Center’s Spritwood Forest.
Full facility rentals include all rooms listed above, patio and gazebo. Grounds rental include access to the full campus: walking paths; meadow; meditation house; gazebos and Spirit wood Forest.

$200 per hour, $1,000 for full-day, full facility use Monday through Thursday
$225 per hour, $1,400 for full-day, full facility use Friday-Sunday
Full Facility & Grounds
$250 per hour, $1,200 for full-day, full facility use Monday through Thursday
$275 per hour, $1,600 for full facility use Friday-Sunday
